Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them. All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

General Return Process Initiate a return: Please email us at help@changingtouch.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days. Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange. Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. Refunds (if applicable) After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange, which might take around seven (7) days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund after seven (7) days, kindly check your bank account first to see if any notification for failed refund. If you pay by credit card, kindly contact your credit card company. Sometimes it will be delayed due to unknown reasons and take more time before your refund is officially posted. If you pay by bank account, kindly contact your bank first. Normally, there is a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@uperfectmonitor.com. Return Shipping Cost Return shipping will be paid by Changingtouch. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds and return shipping cost (if any) will be processed to custermer's original payment method. By placing an order for Portable Monitor, LapDock or other accessories through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. 2. Shipping Costs Free shipping to the USA 3. Delivery Terms 3.1 Transit Time Domestically Generally, orders shipped to USA is 2 to 7 business days. This varies depending on the destination. You can confirm the shipping location before purchase, or be notified after your order dispatched. 3.2 Dispatch Time Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. Tracking Notifications Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. 5. Parcels Damaged In Transit If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps. 6. Cancellations If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Insurance Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier. 7.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim. 7.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost. 8. Duties & Taxes 8.1 Sales Tax Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. 8.2 Import Duties & Taxes Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be prepaid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination.
